missing from this place about two months. And that's no longer a vuto like writing, indeed. And 'there are times in life so intense as to be overwhelmed by thousands of stimuli without being able cultivate or to follow any of them. I really wanted to update you on developments in the food and wine master's degree in journalism that I am following the Gambero Rosso, but again I could do little. Now we are almost running out and I must say I feel the need to do some 'of the situation, including blogs.
I start to write here (in the past few months I was on the blog Happy Town made in Gambero Rosso), and I do a small photo report from Identity Golose 2011. I anticipate the publication of a small digression on Dossier Dessert, pastry in the usual event dedicated to the congress of haute cuisine. How can I imagine it was for me the person most awaited!
