The physiotherapist true happiness!
I would break a lance in favor of the friends I've known therapists in recent years, with whom I work and still represent a group little known as such by most most people. I would also like to clarify as much as possible what exists beyond the physical therapy but that obviously can be applied to healthy people without signs and symptoms of disease. The title of this post is not meant to be ironic, but inspired by the slogan he used the 'September 8 AIFI the occasion of World Day of physiotherapy to combat illegal in Italy against those who works as a physiotherapist but it is not "against 50 thousand physical therapists hold the title in Italy, there would be at least as many illegally practicing the profession. "
Unfortunately, misinformation in Italy is a fact of life and healthcare in the forefront and we are not sure if some people took advantage. It occurred to me several times to explain to those who asked for help following a hip that it's not part of my professional background, but you should contact personnel health, see a physiotherapist. The caller, who usually are elderly, it remains the most frequently astonished and replies, "But you, ta minga if a masagiadur?". And I think, at this exclamation, it becomes easy for those who did not become aware as a dishwasher in a degree in physical therapy, taking advantage of the apparent emotional fragility.
The physiotherapist is the only one in Italy that can take care of rehabilitation and more specifically:
orthopedic rehabilitation (eg, results of bone fractures, hip, knee pathologies of ' muscle-skeletal etc.
neurological rehabilitation (eg emi-para-tetraplegia, Parkinson's disease, etc. ..)
and more ... rehabilitation cardiovascular, respiratory , uro gynecology, developmental , etc..
So you do a placement test, a strictly limited number, and you can proceed to enter the university with a degree about three years, then the master and specialties.
There is not only rehabilitation but also massage therapy and manual therapy, and both are expressed through the use of hands to help the healing of the patient in case there is a pathology of the musculoskeletal system. In this case the difference between a physiotherapist and those who practice the so-called complementary disciplines (Shiatsu, Tuina, reflexology, etc. ..) it becomes very thin and come into play the intellectual honesty of those who teach and those who apply. I mean, if I had made a journey of four Chinese massage (Tuina - Anmo) or else I could massage (in Italy) only on healthy people, but if I had my massage therapist Chinese physiotherapy integrate the application with the goal of reducing and or solve the ongoing pathology. It becomes complicated when one feels omnipotent, especially in its curriculum was not dealt with the subject of potential signs and symptoms of disease and they should recommend a medically-physiatric or physiotherapy.
The workplace of the much-disputed mos (masseur operator of health) or non-complementary disciplines are not sharp inharmonies then an intervention that does not require immediate and decisive. Usually translated with para morphisms, that is not necessarily pathological postural conditions that affect the maintenance of alignment between one or more body segments in place flawed but generally reversible.
Council for people like me is not a physiotherapist but works in the "massage" to hang in his study, writing (thus defending the health category): I am not a physiotherapist ! Immediately clarify their skills and try not to take advantage of uncomfortable situation of the person who needs help. This approach assures me today work and mutual respect of friends with which therapists collaborate very often.
I hope that one day in Italy we legislate any kind of profession, and not with a definite role clearly identified, as was the rest of northern Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia. And each of us has the opportunity to study, apply the utmost freedom that best describes the way he felt the report helpful. There are many disciplines within massotherapy-psychosomatic awaiting identification beyond environmental health legislation, which would be too limiting, to ensure competence, serietà, onesta e professionalità annullando (si spera) l'abusivismo.

THE QI GONG TRADITIONAL CHINESE
Qigong, such as traditional Chinese medicine, Taoist comes from knowing that studied and theorized the principles that still are used in diagnostics and clinical practice of Chinese medicine. Taoists are physical, natural scientists who have never divorced, in their studies, from the microcosm and the macro does not have never imagined the man, animal life, the vegetable and mineral outside the university system. Qigong is an integral part of Chinese medicine and is expressed in what we might call, in a more Western psychological and physical disciplines.
The land on which it moves on Qigong and self-therapy, you learn the techniques, static, dynamic and breathing, and then use them directly in order to improve the functions of our body. This practice is engaged in the prevention of disorders and diseases in relation to, but its purpose is also to be used to restore a state of health is not optimal.
By the end of the Cultural Revolution there was a growing interest in this discipline by the Beijing Government, so as to induce him to again promote the study and practice. Qigong is currently used as therapeutic practice, in Chinese hospitals, like acupuncture, massage, the herbal medicine, diet and Western medicine. There are two institutes in China Qigong Scientific Research in Beijing and Shanghai. E 'in place for decades, a very careful scientific and clinical testing, which involves some time in their respective countries, including scholars of other nationalities. The results of these works are regularly presented to the Beijing World Conference on Qigong therapy.
avoid listing fields of application of Qi Gong as a cookbook well-defined and rational: "This exercise is for fatty liver disease, asthmatic bronchitis for this ..." because the administration had nothing to do with a practice to harmonize the body, breath, mind-heart (shen). The initial search (in my case the initial mean number of years and still ongoing) is the deep relaxation through static posture, dynamic, emission of sounds. The practice of Qi Gong is not an exercise, the challenge is to let the pleasure to become reality and that emotions reach a balance in your body, this will allow the flow of life force (IF), restoring health commissioning discussion "by his symptom" that rang the bell from the gun manifesting as disease. I say this because there are countless ways to do Qi Gong, and each of them has different characteristics, however, united by the same principle: to succeed in calming the mind with a thousand thoughts! Easy to say, very hard to do ...
's recommend especially for those who work in manual therapy, the response after a few months of practice is evident, the perception of sensitive hands increases, the ability to play end in the palpation of the tissue becomes less demanding and more natural. Any movement
exterior, interior, macro, micro, carried out during the practice need to have specific forms of behavior:
THE : happiness
JING : serenity, tranquility, peace
QIN : consistency, regularity
JIE : rhythm of life
