The clinical cases of diseases in China skin is particularly addressed to the study of major diseases such as herpes zoster, psoriasis and acne. Less work, but no less interesting, are urticaria, ringworm of the hair, Raynaud's disease, discoid lupus erythematosus on, sull'eritema mltiforme and purple lichenoid dermatitis.
The statistics refer to clinical research related to the congress in Beijing in November 1987 by the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society (WFAS) and the Congress of 1984.

662 cases were treated by the technique of cupping and pichiettamento * and it is interesting to note that in all patients during the course of sessions were prohibited or hot spicy foods, fish, chicken and wine.

In the latter case, the percentage of effectiveness is the 71%. Of the 304 cases, 134 were cured completely and 122 improved markedly and the percentage of efficiency above 80%.
Finally, the 50 cases treated by cupping one point Dazhui 14 TM, 27 recovered completely and 21 improved significantly. The percentage of efficacy was 96%.

The technique of tapping on the skin is carried out by three different instruments:
- the plum blossom needle, formed by a disc with five small needles, contested by a
neck rather long;
- seven star needle, formed by just 7 short needles, inserted into a disk that is repeatedly
